Responsibilities

• Planning and organizing production plan and schedules.
• Ensuring the manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.
• Determining quality control standards
• Budgeting the yearly raw materials and packing materials requirements and arrange ordering as per production plan.
• Evaluating materials suppliers for insuring best sources giving better efficiency .
• Overseeing production processes ensuring quality standard are being followed.
• Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime

• organizing the repair and preventive maintenance of production equipment
• liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff
• supervising and managing the work of junior staff
• Ensure the law, health and safety protocol are upheld.
