Job summary

Visible Stars Company in Riyadh is seeking a hands-on IT Applications Operations professional to support deployments, production changes and incident response. You will work across teams to troubleshoot SQL and integration issues, help maintain stability, and contribute to ITIL-aligned processes in a banking/payments context.

The role requires strong communication, proactive incident management, and experience with Windows and Linux environments.

Qualifications

• Strong hands on SQL experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle SQL.
• Experience with API integrations, TLS/SSL certificates and Java KeyStore (JKS).
• Experience supporting enterprise apps on Windows Server and Linux.
• Understanding of enterprise app architecture, middleware and batch processing.
• Knowledge of incident, problem, change, and service request management.

Responsibilities

• Support deployments, releases, configuration changes and production activities.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and service disruptions.
• Perform RCA for recurring application and integration issues.
• Coordinate with development, infra, database, network and business teams to resolve incidents.
• Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within SLA timelines.
• Monitor applications and track corrective actions to improve stability and performance.
• Support daily production operations including health checks, batch activities and environment tasks.
• Assist in business continuity by monitoring applications and addressing risks.
