Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a relevant diploma in Information Systems with the required experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in enterprise business applications support.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising an Applications Support team.
• Hands‑on experience with POS, inventory, and back‑office applications.
• Strong knowledge of application‑to‑ERP integrations.
• Experience in food and beverage (F&B), retail, or hospitality is preferred.
• Knowledge of ITIL, incident management, SLA compliance, and vendor management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the Applications Support team and coordinating daily support activities.
• Supporting POS, inventory, and back‑office business applications.
• Monitoring application‑to‑ERP integrations and coordinating issue resolution.
• Managing application incidents, troubleshooting problems, and supporting service continuity.
• Monitoring SLA compliance and applying ITIL service‑management practices.
• Coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve application issues.
• Supporting application performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
