Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an IT Support Analyst – Application Operations based in Saudi Arabia to join a banking IT operations team. You will monitor applications, investigate incidents, and implement sustainable fixes to improve reliability and performance.

You will collaborate with developers, software vendors, and internal IT teams to troubleshoot issues, manage user access, and drive automation and continual service improvement in a secure, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT application support or application operations within enterprise environments.
• Strong incident and problem management knowledge and methodical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
• Understanding banking applications and IT security policies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate recurring incidents, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes.
• Troubleshoot application errors with developers and vendors to resolve issues.
• Monitor banking applications and IT systems; optimize monitoring and automate where possible.
• Configure and administer banking apps, including user roles and workflows.
• Provide first- and second-level support and assist in major incident management.
• Process user access requests and maintain permissions according to security policies.
• Document investigations, workarounds, changes, and resolutions for knowledge base.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across application operations and IT service delivery.
