Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Product Trainer to deliver training across key locations in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on building product knowledge, sharing product innovation stories, and enhancing customer experience and service standards.

Responsibilities include developing and delivering training programs on Product, Service, and Operations; collaborating with Retail, Brand, and cross-functional teams; tracking training effectiveness and managing budgets; and maintaining a training calendar.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of relevant experience in product or retail training.
• Strong English and/or Arabic communication skills, written and spoken.
• Good product, category and brand knowledge with retail industry awareness.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Product Trainer to deliver engaging product and retail training across key locations. The role will focus on building strong product knowledge, sharing product innovation stories, and enhancing the overall customer experience and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging training programs focused on Product, Service, and Operations.
• Build strong product and brand knowledge across retail teams and ensure key product stories are effectively communicated.
• Support retail stores by providing ongoing training, coaching, and guidance to enhance customer engagement and service standards.
• Collaborate with Retail, Brand, and cross-functional teams to support training initiatives and brand events.
• Develop and maintain a training calendar covering sessions, events, and key initiatives.
• Track training effectiveness, KPIs, and provide regular reports and insights.
• Manage training activities and allocated budgets to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, consumer trends, and the retail environment to ensure training content remains relevant.
• Support initiatives that strengthen brand presence and enhance the consumer experience.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of relevant experience in product training, retail training, sales training, or a similar role.
• Strong English and/or Arabic communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong product, category, and brand knowledge.
• Good understanding of the retail industry and consumer trends.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• A background or interest in sports is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
