Job summary

Confidential is seeking a passionate Product Trainer to deliver engaging product and retail training across key locations in Jeddah and surrounding areas. The role focuses on building product knowledge, sharing product innovation stories, and elevating customer experience and service standards.

The role requires 2–3+ years in relevant training, strong English and/or Arabic communication, and a solid grasp of product knowledge and retail trends.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of relevant experience in product training, retail training, or a similar role.
• Strong English and/or Arabic communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong product, category, and brand knowledge.
• Good understanding of the retail industry and consumer trends.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Background or interest in sports is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging training programs focused on Product, Service, and Operations.
• Build strong product and brand knowledge across retail teams and ensure key product stories are effectively communicated.
• Support retail stores by providing ongoing training, coaching, and guidance to enhance customer engagement and service standards.
• Collaborate with Retail, Brand, and cross-functional teams to support training initiatives and brand events.
• Develop and maintain a training calendar covering sessions, events, and key initiatives.
• Track training effectiveness, KPIs, and provide regular reports and insights.
• Manage training activities and allocated budgets to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, consumer trends, and the retail environment to ensure training content remains relevant.
• Support initiatives that strengthen brand presence and enhance the consumer experience.
