Job summary

Kinetic, in partnership with a pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Product Manager - Specialty based in Riyadh, KSA. You will build the strategy and marketing plan for the product across oncology, endocrinology, hematology, and immunology to achieve mid- to long-term sales targets.

You will develop strategic partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders, drive access and growth for innovative therapies, and conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and maximize brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in specialty portfolio (Oncology/Endocrinology/Hematology/Immunology).
• Native Arabic speaker required.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Innovative and creative with market opportunity agility.
• Face-to-face interviews in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Build strategy and marketing plan for the product in the relevant therapeutic area to reach mid to long-term sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategic partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders across major accounts.
• Drive access and growth for innovative therapies with strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct regular market analysis and research, track competitive environment and growth opportunities, maximize brand potential.

• Building the strategy and marketing plan for the product that will be launched in the relevant therapeutic area, ensuring those plans are implemented and monitored to reach mid to long-term sales targets.
• You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders across major accounts.
• Requires strong business acumen, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive access and growth for innovative therapies.
• Conducting regular market analysis, and market research, developing a deep understanding of business dynamics, tracking competitive environment, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategies to maximize brand potential.
• Designing Tactical Plan in line with the brand strategy, executing all marketing activities.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• Candidate with least 5 years of experience working in specialty portfolio (Oncology/Endocrinology/ Hematology/Immunology etc.)
• Native Arabic speaker is a must
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
