Job summary

Kinetic, in partnership with a pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Product Manager - Specialty based in Riyadh, KSA. You will build the strategy and marketing plan for the product across oncology, endocrinology, hematology, and immunology to achieve mid- to long-term sales targets.

You will develop strategic partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders, drive access and growth for innovative therapies, and conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and maximize brand

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
5+ years of experience in specialty portfolio (Oncology/Endocrinology/Hematology/Immunology).
Native Arabic speaker required.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Innovative and creative with market opportunity agility.
Face-to-face interviews in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

Build strategy and marketing plan for the product in the relevant therapeutic area to reach mid to long-term sales targets.
Develop and execute strategic partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders across major accounts.
Drive access and growth for innovative therapies with strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement.
Conduct regular market analysis and research, track competitive environment and growth opportunities, maximize brand potential.
Design Tactical Plan aligned with brand strategy and execute all marketing activities.
