Job summary

Kaffu Salla is seeking a procurement professional in Saudi Arabia to manage day-to-day purchasing, source food suppliers, and optimize costs while ensuring stock availability. You will collaborate with warehouse and operations teams and leverage Odoo for inventory tracking and reporting.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in procurement within food-related industries, strong supplier negotiation skills, and a track record of implementing structured purchasing processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Hands-on food procurement experience in food manufacturing, distribution, FMCG, catering, or restaurant sectors.
• Experience monitoring inventory levels and managing replenishment to support product availability.
• Experience in supplier sourcing, price benchmarking, and direct supplier negotiation.
• Proven ability to help establish or develop a procurement function and build purchasing processes from scratch.
• Experience transitioning procurement operations from manual processes to an ERP or system-based workflow.
• Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience using Odoo is a plus.
