Responsibilities include leading a multidisciplinary team, negotiating contracts, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with policies and ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role leading teams.
• Experience in construction or real estate procurement, including sourcing construction materials and subcontractor services.
• Hands-on experience with strategic sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and procurement process improvement.
• Experience using Odoo ERP or similar procurement systems.
• Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory procurement frameworks.
• Business fluent in Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to partner with internal stakeholders and present procurement strategies to senior leadership.

• Proven ability to partner with internal stakeholders across finance, legal, operations, and project/construction teams, and to present procurement strategies to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
• Experience managing logistics contracts within procurement
• Experience monitoring supplier performance and driving supplier relationship management initiatives
• Experience managing external stakeholder relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and logistics/service providers
• Experience presenting procurement savings and risk updates to board-level stakeholders
