Job summary

S3-KSA in Riyadh is seeking a Procurement Engineer to manage end-to-end procurement activities including reviewing PRs, BOQs, and technical specs to source qualified local and international suppliers. You will issue RFQs, evaluate quotations, and prepare comparative analyses to ensure best value.

The role requires strong knowledge of ELV, security, and IT/network systems, plus ERP/Procurement experience and MS Office proficiency. On-site work in Riyadh is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Technical knowledge of ELV, Security Systems, and IT/Network Systems.
• Experience in procurement and supplier management is preferred.
• Procurement or Supply Chain certification is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in ELV, Networking, or Security Systems are an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using ERP / Procurement Systems.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes from PR review to PO issuance.
• Source and evaluate qualified local and international suppliers.
• Issue RFQs, obtain quotations, and prepare technical/commercial comparisons.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and warranties.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and performance.
• Maintain procurement records and supplier documentation.
• Balance technical compliance, cost, quality, and delivery.

Job description

Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including reviewing PRs, BOQs, and technical specifications, sourcing and evaluating qualified local and international suppliers, issuing RFQs, obtaining quotations, and preparing technical and commercial comparisons. Ensure supplier quotations comply with project technical requirements. Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and commercial terms. Prepare and issue POs after obtaining the required approvals. Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, evaluate supplier performance, and identify alternative suppliers and cost-saving opportunities. Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier documentation. Ensure the best balance between technical compliance, cost, quality, and delivery.
