Job summary

Wise Insight in Dammam is seeking a procurement professional to assist the procurement supervisor, coordinate RFQs, negotiate best offers, and maintain supplier records. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential for this role.

The candidate will manage MRP processes, supplier evaluation, and ensure policy compliance while keeping supplier databases updated and following up on deliveries and payments.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Supply Chain Management preferred.
• 8-12 years of experience including 4 years in specialty fields and 2 years at supervisory level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist procurement supervisor in daily activities.
• Prepare and send RFQ to all identified suppliers.
• Follow with suppliers for early and best quotations.
• Prepare the MRP and ensure all 9 steps are followed.
• Collect required documents from suppliers and internal teams.
• Follow with suppliers for product manuals, catalogues, samples, etc.
• Negotiate with suppliers for best offers.
• Prepare price comparison sheet and purchase orders.
• Maintain procurement records and keep them updated.
• Follow up delivery and payment.
• Ensure effective implementation of procurement policy and procedures.
• Prepare all required reports.
• Supplier & subcontractor evaluation.
• Shall ensure supplier database updated time to time.

Requirements

• BS Degree (preferable in Supply Chain Management)
• (8-12) Yrs of Experience including 04 years in specialty fields and 02 years at supervisory level.

• Excellent communication skills
• Arabic and English fluency
