You will drive the complete lifecycle from equipment installation through ramp-up, with 5–10 years in high-volume automotive process engineering and hands-on floor ownership. English communication is required, and visa support is provided.
A global engineering and project delivery consultancy that partners with some of the world's leading automotive, battery, manufacturing, and technology organisations are looking for an experienced Launch manufacturing engineering Specialist - EV to play a key role in the launch of a brand-new electric powertrain manufacturing facility in the Middle East. You'll be joining the company to support a major automotive client as they scale up production of cutting-edge electric drive systems, including e-motors, inverters, and integrated e-drive assemblies.
This isn't a maintenance or BAU manufacturing role. You'll be involved in the complete lifecycle of a new production line, from equipment installation and commissioning through process qualification, run-at-rate, PPAP, Start of Production, and ramp-up to full-scale manufacturing.
The site is north of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It will be a contract role until the end of 2027 (view to extend). Work visa support by the company.
