Job summary

Lucid Motors in KAEC, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Sr. Supervisor to lead the Powertrain Drive Unit Production shop. You will manage daily operations, coach safety, quality, and productivity, and drive Lean initiatives on the plant floor.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive powertrain production, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will collaborate across functions, ensure safe, efficient operations, and contribute to a world-class manufacturing system.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field (Powertrain Drive Unit experience preferred).
5+ years automotive Powertrain (HV and Drive Unit) manufacturing preferred.
3+ years direct leadership experience preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

Coach safety, quality, and productivity to meet objectives through standardized work.
Supervise production team during builds and interface with Process and Maintenance Engineers to improve performance.
Manage material claims and support the development of a robust supplier quality system.
Monitor safety incidents and act as the first responder when required.
Conduct process confirmation to ensure line safety, smooth operation, and high-quality parts.
