Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Application Support or a similar technical support role.
• Experience providing L1/L2 support for enterprise applications.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to troubleshoot database-related issues.
• Experience working with APIs and diagnosing integration issues.
• Familiarity with application monitoring and logging tools.
• Development background with knowledge of application deployments and release processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across technical teams.
• Experience working in ITIL-based support environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for enterprise applications by diagnosing and resolving incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot application, database, and API-related issues using SQL queries and monitoring tools.
• Monitor application health, investigate performance issues, and ensure high system availability.
• Manage incidents and service requests while ensuring compliance with defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and database teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Support application deployments, releases, and production changes.
• Analyze application logs and system metrics to identify root causes and recommend preventive measures.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures to improve support efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application reliability and performance.
