Job summary

4+ years of high-volume retail management experience.
Located in Jeddah.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities.
Strong team-building and coaching skills.
Effective time management, communication, problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Passion for coffee and sustainability.
Experience in the food or coffee space is a plus.

Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Service: Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets; maximize guest frequency, membership cultivation, and product sales; maintain product knowledge; provide feedback to Boutique Specialists.
Leadership/Team Management: Motivate and coach the team; implement company programs; delegate responsibilities; review KPIs and develop action plans for improvement.
Operations: Monitor staffing, recruit/train, forecast sales and capacity planning; analyze financial reports and inventory trends; ensure SOPs and IT systems function; run stock inventories and deliver reports.
