Job summary

Basiqat by Mantis is seeking a proactive People & Culture Executive to join our pre-opening team in Riyadh. You will partner with the People & Culture Manager to manage HR operations, ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations, and implement policies and culture initiatives across the resort.

As an Assistant Manager, you will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations while building a positive workplace culture from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR-related field or hospitality preferred.
• 2–3 years in HR or People & Culture roles, hospitality desirable.
• Experience with recruitment, payroll coordination, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations in pre-opening phase.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, payroll and employee relations.
• Support HR policy implementation and compliance with Saudi labor law.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure staffing readiness for opening.
