Job summary

Lucid Motors in Saudi Arabia seeks a Maintenance Manager, Powertrain to lead 24/7 maintenance and reliability for advanced drive units and HV battery operations. You will shape the maintenance system, asset strategy and a Saudization development pipeline, partnering with Production and Engineering to ensure launch readiness and safe operations.

The role requires a deep background in high-automation EV maintenance, strong CMMS/TPM expertise, and proven leadership across diverse teams within a

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or mechatronics engineering.
10+ years in industrial maintenance/reliability with 4+ years leading functions.
High-automation automotive/EV and greenfield-launch experience.
Strong CMMS/TPM record.
English fluency.
Experience developing local technical talent in a multicultural workforce.
Must be able to work around automated equipment and high-voltage Powertrain products.

Responsibilities

Operate 24/7 maintenance and reliability across Drive Unit and HV Battery teams.
Deliver uptime, MTBF/MTTR targets, PM compliance and cost performance.
Establish standard governance for breakdowns, emergency work and return-to-service.
Lead AM strategy delivery and local Saudization development.
