Job summary

Lucid Motors in Saudi Arabia seeks a Sr Hardware Technician PWT to join the product engineering group. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to drive investigations and resolutions for production products. The role emphasizes fast-paced execution, learning, and impactful results with a can-do attitude.

The candidate should excel in powertrain systems, HV components, and diagnostic methodologies, collaborating closely with engineers on upfits, tests, and RCA activities.

Qualifications

Significant relevant professional electrical/mechatronic/automotive experience.
Experience with vehicle and system level diagnostic tools for multi-variable issues.
Experience with HV environment and battery or drive unit systems.

Responsibilities

Supports component and vehicle level troubleshooting using diagnostic tools.
Supports RCA and tests for complex system-level problems.
Performs lineside trials to verify equipment compatibility and RCA activities.
Conducts board-level preliminary PCBA analysis and teardown of electrical systems.
Supports prototype builds, trials, troubleshooting and RCA of multi-variable issues with Engineers.
