Job summary

ENGIE Saudi Arabia seeks a senior Fleet Extension Manager to lead brownfield growth across Power & Water assets in KSA. You will drive capacity expansion, life extension programs, and contract renewals, coordinating with business development, assets teams, and project companies.

The role requires 15+ years in the power/energy sector, strong leadership and negotiation skills, fluency in English, and the ability to work across an international team to secure long-term value and shareholder returns.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a senior role in the power/energy sector.
• Fluent in English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to increase plant production capacity through extensions and upgrades.
• Prepare and participate in negotiations with off-takers, regulators, ministries, and partners regarding renewals and capacity growth.
• Coordinate technical, financial, and commercial assessments to support extension opportunities.
• Develop capacity increase proposals, including feasibility studies and permitting requirements.
• Lead life extension, refurbishments, and technology upgrade initiatives to improve asset value.
