ENGIE Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to maximize the commercial performance of its power and water asset portfolio in KSA. The role focuses on optimizing revenues, contractual entitlements, and managing relationships across Project Companies and O&M entities.

You will monitor compliance with key project agreements, assess opportunities, and coordinate with legal, technical, and financial teams to drive value for the asset portfolio.

Formación

• Fluency in English mandatory.
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in a senior position in the power/energy sector.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review all board materials to understand the 6 ProjectCos status, challenges and opportunities.
• Monitor budget and MTP of the 6 assets PJCos.
• Identify key commercial risks and develop actions to control exposure and mitigation plans.
• Support negotiations with off-takers, regulators, and other stakeholders for portfolio matters.
• Analyze market developments and regulatory changes affecting asset profitability and opportunities.
