Job summary

ENGIE Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned Commercial Fleet Manager – Power & Water Assets to lead extension of existing contracts, capacity expansion, and life-extension programs across its asset portfolio in the KSA. The role requires deep financial acumen, strong leadership, and experience in large-scale energy projects.

You will work with Business Development and Asset teams to drive long-term shareholder value, negotiate with regulators and partners, and shape investment scenarios for

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Finance, MBA or similar.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to extend asset life and capacity through technical and commercial actions.
• Lead negotiations with off-takers, regulators, ministries, and partners on extensions and capacity growth.
• Coordinate feasibility studies, permitting, and commercial structuring for expansion projects.
• Monitor contract expiry dates and secure long-term continuity of operations.
