Qualifications

• 5–10 years in corporate or transaction banking digital channels.
• Understanding of corporate banking complexity, entitlements and multi-user authorisation.
• Experience with onboarding, cash management or trade finance processes.
• Advanced Jira capability and participation in agile ceremonies.
• Ability to translate delivery detail into executive material; strong PowerPoint skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Job Description

We are seeking a PMO professional to oversee corporate and SME digital-journey delivery within an early-stage banking transformation in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The programme is bringing retail, SME and corporate channels onto a single platform.

Working within the independent programme management office, you will govern delivery, assure the quality of outputs and provide an objective view of progress. The role runs and assures the process but does not write requirements or configure the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery cadence for the corporate and SME workstream across squads and vendors, including sprint planning, stand-ups, refinement, reviews and retrospectives.
• Govern the corporate backlog in Jira, ensuring items are structured, prioritised, traceable and moved through the agreed lifecycle with reliable reporting.
• Facilitate and assure the requirements-management process across onboarding, cash management, trade finance, payroll, collections, liquidity and virtual accounts, with particular attention to entitlements, authorisation structures and limits.
• Maintain traceability from business intent through design, build, testing and release, while tracking dependencies involving core banking, payments, trade and treasury systems.
• Coordinate corporate onboarding, data migration and release governance with delivery partners, including UAT, defect triage, gate evidence and cross-system readiness.
• Prepare weekly executive-quality reporting and consistent decision frameworks for prioritisation, scope trade-offs and release gates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Around 5 to 10 years of experience in corporate or transaction banking digital channels within a bank, consultancy or transformation programme.
• Good understanding of corporate banking complexity, particularly entitlements, multi-user authorisation, transaction controls and regulatory considerations.
• Exposure to cash management or trade finance products and the integration of core, payments, trade and treasury systems; corporate channel migration experience is highly desirable.
• Advanced Jira capability and confidence working in agile delivery ceremonies alongside internal squads and vendor development teams.
• Ability to identify ambiguity, control gaps, integration risks and missing detail in requirements and delivery documentation.
• Ability to transform delivery detail into decision-focused executive material, supported by strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills.
• Candidates must be independent of the programme's current delivery parties; clear English is essential and Arabic language capability is helpful.
