Job summary

PayNest is seeking a PMO professional to oversee corporate and SME digital-journey delivery within an early-stage banking transformation in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The programme brings retail, SME and corporate channels onto a single platform.

Working within the independent programme management office, you will govern delivery, assure the quality of outputs and provide an objective view of progress. The role runs and assures the process but does not write requirements or configure the platform.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in corporate or transaction banking digital channels.
• Strong understanding of corporate banking complexity and regulatory considerations.
• Exposure to cash management or trade finance and integration of core systems.
• Advanced Jira capability and comfort with agile delivery ceremonies.
• Ability to identify ambiguity and gaps in requirements and delivery documentation.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills; clear English essential; Arabic helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery cadence for corporate and SME workstreams across squads and vendors.
• Govern corporate backlog in Jira with structured items and reliable reporting.
• Facilitate requirements-management across onboarding, cash management, trade finance, payroll, and more.
• Maintain traceability from business intent through design, build, testing and release.
• Coordinate onboarding, data migration and release governance with partners.
• Prepare weekly executive-quality reporting and decision frameworks for prioritisation and gates.
