Job summary

KBR in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks a Reporting Manager to drive PMO reporting for the Development and IMS governance. You will coordinate with PMCs to compile analytical data, validate data accuracy, and support monthly IMS pack production and change control tracking.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 12+ years of experience, PMI‑PMP or equivalent, and fluent English. Proficiency with PMIS and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with substantial post‑graduate experience.
• PMI‑PMP, GRI Professional, or equivalent certification.
• Excellent report writing and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with PMCs to compile data for Development reporting.
• Prepare technical reports with commercial and planning inputs.
• Apply PMIS for data compilation and interpretation.
• Validate data accuracy and relevance from PMCs.
• Support enhancements to reporting tools and dashboards.
• Develop progress weighting for rollout of district and programme reporting.
• Produce IMS Baseline Package documents and related trackers.
• Report on IMS schedule, interfaces, dependencies and critical paths.
• Support forecast, recovery schedules and mitigation tracking.
