Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a PMO Digital Lead in Riyadh to drive digital transformation across project controls, governance and reporting.

You will oversee integration of analytics platforms, BIM tools and CDE systems to provide a single source of truth for the programme's design and construction phase. The role requires deep experience in major infrastructure projects, strong data visualization skills with Power BI/Tableau, and leadership to mentor PMO teams while delivering data-driven decisions on

Qualifications

• 15+ years post‑graduation experience in project controls/delivery.
• Experience in major civil, infrastructure projects.
• Fluency in English both written and spoken.
• Experience with data visualization using Power BI and Tableau.
• Knowledge of BIM tools and CDE systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a digital PMO framework in line with the digital strategy.
• Lead digital transformation across project controls, governance, reporting.
• Initiate development, enhancement, and maintenance of dashboards, BIM integration and data analytics.
• Establish data-driven analysis for predictive decisions on quality, schedule, cost and safety.
• Implement digital integration frameworks for continuous data flow and improved performance.
• Develop digital tools for expedited data acquisition and digitalized progress reporting.
• Enable unified project controls across planning, cost, risk, change and document control.
• Lead adoption of AI-enabled insights and analytics to improve delivery outcomes.
• Mentor PMO and project controls teams in digital tools and methodologies.
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation within PMO.
