Job summary

Mohammad Al-Habib Real Estate Investment Company is seeking a PMO Engineer to support project delivery by consolidating progress, schedule, cost, risk, and documentation data. The role emphasizes timely reporting for management and clients, enforcing PMO standards, and coordinating across construction teams.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in project controls, proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project, advanced Excel/Power BI, and strong English skills. Saudi experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in project controls or PMO roles, incl. 3+ years on high-rise or large-scale projects.
• Experience reporting for clients, PMCs, or consultants in a demanding environment.
• GCC or KSA project experience preferred.
• Strong schedule and cost control knowledge, including EVM.
• Excellent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and verify progress data from project teams.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and dashboards with KPIs.
• Monitor schedule vs baseline and flag delays with root-cause analysis.
• Track cost, forecasts, variations, and budget status with QS.
• Maintain risk/issue registers and manage change control.
• Coordinate interfaces among contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Ensure PMO procedures and reporting standards are followed.
• Support PMO Manager with audits and handover docs.
• Prepare data/presentations for client reviews.
