Acwa in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage overall plant operation activities during the shift, ensuring safe startup/shutdown and adherence to SOPs, quality standards and production timelines.

You will coordinate with multiple departments, issue permits to work, monitor safety and environmental compliance, maintain logs, and drive improvements while responding to emergencies and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Engineering is a must.
• Post graduate in Engineering with Power Plant Engineering preferred.
• 8 years in Power/Desalination/RO Plant required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safe plant operation during shifts and ensure SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with all departments for plant operations and issue work permits.
• Monitor safety, environmental standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain daily status logs and incident/accident reporting.
• Assist in training new personnel and drive process improvements.
