NEOM Green Hydrogen Company (NGHC) in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, seeks an ASU & Utilities Operation Shift Supervisor to lead the safe, reliable operation of the ASU and utilities on the assigned shift. You will collaborate with maintenance, control room operators, field operators, and plant managers to ensure effective work permit management and strict EH&S compliance.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
Extensive leadership background in ASU & Utilities operations is expected.
Strong safety culture and regulatory compliance are essential.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 15–20 control room operators and field operators.
Build and maintain relationships with plant managers, control room operators, and field operators.
Support day-to-day plant operations, troubleshooting, maintenance coordination, and efficiency improvements.
Work with maintenance and operations teams to prioritize, schedule, and complete daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance activities.
Respond rapidly to planned and unplanned plant trips and lead troubleshooting initiatives.
Develop and update operating procedures as required.
Manage operational KPIs to improve plant performance and effectiveness.
Promote resource sharing across NGHC Operations.
