Acwa Operations in Saudi Arabia seeks a Shift Charge Engineer to oversee plant operations, monitor performance and provide technical support for safe, efficient shift production. You will lead the shift team, ensure adherence to SOPs, and coordinate with maintenance, planning and HSE to meet targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering with 8 years in CCGT/power plants and 2 years in supervision; SAP experience and knowledge of desalination processes are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 8 years’ experience in CCGT power plants with 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of plant equipment, SAP and IMS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor plant performance and provide shift operations support to ensure safe, efficient plant operation.
• Oversee day-to-day shift activities and manage operations to meet targets.
• Review and update work instructions, SOPs and procedures for efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments for timely execution of shift plans.
• Ensure HSSE compliance and permit-to-work adherence.
• Handle emergencies during shifts per the emergency response plan.
• Administer SAP processes for planning, data management and maintenance.
• Represent the plant in technical meetings and escalate issues as needed.
