Job summary

ENGIE Saudi Arabia is seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead a team of maintenance foremen, technicians and support staff at a power and desalination plant. You will oversee daily electrical maintenance activities, support major outages, and ensure safety, environmental, availability and budget targets are met.

You will drive preventive and corrective maintenance, document activities in CMMS, and coordinate with operations to optimize outage planning and equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising electrical maintenance teams in heavy industry.
• Knowledge of electrical systems in power/desalination plants and GT/HRSG.
• Ability to implement HSE and safety procedures in field operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of electrical foremen/technicians and support staff for daily maintenance.
• Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance and outages.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements and CMMS documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations for outage planning and budget preparation.
• Provide technical guidance and root cause analysis for equipment failures.
• Mentor and develop local Saudi nationals in technical skills.
