Job summary

ENGIE Saudi Arabia is seeking a Field Operator FOMC to manage local plant operations of a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine, desalination and auxiliary systems. You will start up, shut down, monitor performance and respond to alarms, under the Shift Charge Engineer.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and environmental compliance, with duties ranging from routine checks to maintenance support and emergency response. A diploma in engineering and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering diploma required.
• At least 3 years relevant experience preferred.
• First-Aid knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the plant to ensure availability and efficiency.
• Perform routine plant checks and log journals.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies during shifts.
• Assist with maintenance activities and lubricant top-ups.
• Support safety, quality and environmental procedures.
• Coordinate with CRE and Control Room for start-ups and shutdowns.
