Key Responsibilities

Ideal Profile Candidates

Candidates should hold a bachelor 's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or an equivalent discipline and have at least 10 years of professional experience in planning, scheduling, and project controls. Strong experience with large-scale construction or infrastructure programs is required. Familiarity with power, heavy industrial, or other technically complex projects will be particularly valuable. Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 or an equivalent enterprise planning platform is essential. Candidates should be capable of developing and interrogating complex logic-driven schedules rather than relying only on basic activity tracking. The successful candidate must have strong knowledge of critical path methodology, delay analysis, schedule-impact assessment, resource loading, work breakdown structures, and schedule constraints. Practical understanding of earned-value concepts and progress measurement methodologies is also important. Candidates should be able to validate reported physical progress and identify inconsistencies between schedule data and actual site performance. Strong capability with Microsoft Project, Excel, and data visualization tools is required for reporting and schedule analysis. Experience evaluating extension-of-time claims, developing recovery schedules, and preparing acceleration strategies is highly desirable. PMP, PRINCE2, or comparable project management certification is preferred.
