The position provides practical exposure to Critical Path Method scheduling, work breakdown structures, earned value methodology, change management, and engineering, procurement, and construction schedule integration.
The role will assist in developing and maintaining work breakdown structures that support effective project planning, scheduling, and progress measurement. This requires an understanding of how project scope is organized and linked to schedule activities and project controls information.
The Project Controls Engineer will develop familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and construction contracting requirements. Understanding the sequencing and relationships between engineering, procurement, and construction activities will support accurate schedule development and progress assessment.
