Hikma Pharmaceuticals in Jeddah seeks a field sales professional to promote a defined set of products to doctors, pharmacists and hospital teams. You will increase awareness, organize meetings, and provide timely sales reports under supervision.

The role focuses on expanding customer reach, maintaining product availability, and complying with company guidelines to meet sales targets. B.S. in pharmacy is required.

Qualifications

• Review updated records of sales targets and activities and assess performance.
• Develop relationships, organize appointments and events with Hikma customers to inform and persuade prescribing/dispensing of products.
• Increase product awareness through learning and sharing information with healthcare providers.
• Obtain latest information about doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and prospect new customers.

Responsabilités

• Ensure product availability, territory coverage, reporting and feedback.
• Monitor competitor activity and products in the market.
• Follow up on product performance via client feedback and market indicators.
• Prepare planning, feedback and sales documentation for supervisor to ensure optimal territory coverage.
• Ensure timely compliant behavior with company rules and regulations.
