Job summary

Julphar is seeking a Medical Sales Representative in Saudi Arabia to maximize sales profitability within an assigned territory. You will contact and secure new business accounts, promote products, and maintain relationships with current customers to grow market share.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field and at least 1 year of pharmaceutical experience, with strong communication and time-management skills. A valid driving license is essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, medical sciences or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical field or relevant field.
• Results-oriented, able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and contact management software.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Promotes/sells and secures orders from existing and prospective customers.
• Demonstrates products and assists customers in selecting those best suited to their needs.
• Develops and maintains business relationships to generate new business.
• Researches sources for developing prospective customers and information.
• Develops clear written proposals/quotations for customers.
• Addresses customer problems and complaints promptly.
• Coordinates sales efforts with marketing, management, accounting, logistics and service groups.
• Analyzes territory potential and value of customers to the organization.
• Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers.
• Provides management with reports on customer needs, issues, competitors, and opportunities.
• Participates in conferences and conventions.
