Job summary

Hill International seeks a Performance Monitoring & Reporting Engineer (HQ) to design and maintain a comprehensive framework for tracking project KPIs across departments. You will analyze data, advise on KPIs, and deliver regular reports to senior management while aligning with Hill policies.

You will lead a performance monitoring team, collaborate with department heads to implement action plans, coordinate with IT on reporting systems, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• 10+ years’ experience in project management on large projects.
• Thorough knowledge of professional project management processes and procedures.
• Experience with engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up processes.
• Involvement in continuous improvement and talent development.
• Demonstrated skill in management, supervisory and personnel administrative functions.
• Excellent analysis and report writing; strong presentation and communication skills.

• Oversee collection, analysis, and reporting of KPIs across departments.
