Job summary

Hill International seeks a Project Management Excellence SME (E1) at Head Office to drive transformation across large-scale infrastructure programs, optimize processes, and strengthen project controls, risk, and performance.

You will partner with division leaders to implement changes, map strategic goals to measurable metrics, perform root-cause analysis, and mentor project managers in best practices and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Minimum 25 years of direct oversight across project controls, risk and safety.
• Experience on large infrastructure projects; ME/KSA experience preferred.
• Change management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale change/transformation initiatives across Commercial and Operations.
• Apply process mapping and capability analysis to identify savings.
• Evaluate existing processes via interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
• Define governance metrics and traceability for strategic goals.
• Mentor project managers and share best practices.
