Job summary

Hill International, Inc. seeks a senior professional to develop and implement a comprehensive performance monitoring and reporting framework for large projects in Riyadh.

You will oversee KPI collection and analysis across departments, ensuring data integrity and driving improvements, while coordinating with IT and leading a team of specialists. The role requires extensive experience in project management processes, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication to report to senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in project management environment on large projects.
• Thorough knowledge and demonstrated experience of professional project management processes and procedures.
• Working knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up / set up work processes.
• Involvement in continuous improvement and capacity building / talent development.
• Demonstrated skill in management, supervisory and personnel administrative functions.
• Excellent analysis skills and report writing.
• Proven ability to prepare professional presentations and present them to management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience of working internationally (preference KSA experience)
