Four Seasons is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator in Saudi Arabia to oversee daily HR operations, maintain employee records, and ensure labor compliance. You will support the P&C team and contribute to a professional work environment.

The role requires a degree in HR and at least 1 year of HR experience in a hospitality or service‑oriented setting, plus solid knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and P&C software. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, with a focus on accuracy and discretion.

• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and employee rights.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate employee relations activities and casework.
• Assist with payroll, benefits, and records management.
• Collaborate with other departments on HR projects and policy maintenance.
• Support People & Culture procedures, meetings and events.
• Handle front-desk administration in the P&C Office; filing, answering phones, greeting employees.
