Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in compensation management, with direct Bayan payroll system experience.
• Strong knowledge of compensation practices, market trends, and hospitality industry regulations.
• In-depth understanding of Saudi labour laws and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms, especially Bayan payroll.
