Ibtisamat Al-Nujoom Dental Clinics is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Al-Yarmouk branch and oversee all operational and administrative functions, including patient care quality.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership and team management skills, with strong communication abilities. Arabic fluency is essential; English proficiency is preferred. Expect 8-hour shifts, one day off per week in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations at the branch and ensure quality of patient care
• Manage the team (reception, call center, patient relations, technicians) and assign tasks
• Track the branch's financial and operational performance and report to senior management
• Coordinate with doctors and different departments to ensure smooth service delivery
• Monitor medical supplies and inventory, coordinating with suppliers as needed
• Resolve issues and complaints, ensuring patient satisfaction
• Implement policies and procedures set by management

About the Role

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at the branch and ensure quality of patient care
• Manage the team (reception, call center, patient relations, technicians) and assign tasks
• Track the branch's financial and operational performance and report to senior management
• Coordinate with doctors and different departments to ensure smooth service delivery
• Monitor medical supplies and inventory, coordinating with suppliers as needed
• Resolve issues and complaints, ensuring patient satisfaction
• Implement policies and procedures set by management

Work Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
• 1 day off per week

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Previous management or leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or dental clinics
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Excellent communication skills and good rapport with patients and staff
