Job summary

Ibtisamat Al-Nujoom Dental Clinics in Jeddah seeks a Patient Relations Officer to ensure an outstanding patient experience from first contact through treatment.

Greet patients, coordinate with doctors and departments, and handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints, resolving issues promptly to maintain trust. Arabic is essential; English proficiency is preferred. 8-hour shifts with one day off per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer or patient relations, preferably in medical settings.
• Strong communication, empathy and good rapport with patients.
• Problem solving and quick decision-making abilities.
• Fluent Arabic; English proficiency preferred.
• Presentable appearance and polite conduct.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and introduce clinic services.
• Track patient journey from booking to post-treatment.
• Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints; resolve promptly.
• Coordinate between patients, doctors and departments.
• Make follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
• Document feedback and escalate to management when needed.
