Rosewood Red Sea on Shura Island seeks a Sous Chef - Pastry to support the Pastry Chef in planning, preparation, and execution of all bakery operations across the resort, maintaining a strong presence in the Pastry Kitchen and overseeing daily production.

You will lead pastry associates, ensure consistency of breads, viennoiserie, and artisan items, drive seasonal offerings, uphold high food safety standards, and collaborate across Culinary and Food & Beverage to deliver exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Solid experience within luxury hospitality or high-quality pastry operations.
• Strong knowledge of bakery production, quality standards, and food safety practices.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple production priorities and lead a team.

Responsabilités

• Support the Pastry Chef in planning, preparation, and execution of all bakery operations across the resort.
• Oversee daily pastry production and manage the pastry team to ensure efficient execution and consistent quality.
• Maintain recipe consistency, portion control, and presentation across breads, viennoiserie, and artisan pastries.
• Develop seasonal bakery offerings and specialty products.
• Ensure hygiene, HACCP, food safety, and operational standards are met.
