Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a Sous Chef - Bakery to assist the Bakery Chef in planning, preparing, and executing all bakery operations within Rosewood Red Sea. You will supervise production, drive quality, and uphold exceptional standards in a luxury hospitality setting.

In this role, you will contribute to product quality, safety, and guest experiences while leading a dedicated culinary team in a fast-paced, high-end environment.

Qualifications

• Luxury hospitality, artisan bakery or high-quality food production experience.
• Bakery operations, production planning, quality and food safety knowledge.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in coaching, developing and supporting culinary staff to high performance.
• Consistent attention to detail, quality and presentation.
• Strong relationships and confident communication across culinary and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Bakery Chef in daily bakery operations and planning.
• Oversee production, ensure quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain recipes, portions, and presentation standards.
• Develop and implement seasonal bakery offerings and promotions.
• Ensure hygiene, HACCP, and food safety compliance; maintain clean, efficient workspace.
