Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef for the First Vignette Collection in KSA. The role focuses on producing pastries, desserts and bakery items with top quality, consistency and safety in a dynamic luxury hospitality setting.

You will contribute to restaurant and event pastry production, maintain rigorous standards, and support the pastry team to deliver creative items for guests. Evening/weekend shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Pastry Chef preferred.
• Experience in hotel, restaurant, bakery or hospitality environment is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of pastry, baking, desserts and bakery production.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce a variety of pastries, cakes, desserts and breads to hotel standards.
• Maintain high quality, presentation and food safety across all items.
• Assist with pastry items for restaurants, buffets, banquets and events.
