Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Pastry.
• Fluent in local language and able to comply with local food handling laws.
• Willingness to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present baked pastries including croissants, brioche and other yeasted pastries.
• Prepare and present desserts including frozen, hot, cold and specialty desserts.
• Design, decorate and finish gateaux, tortes and cakes for festive occasions.
• Prepare marzipan work and petits fours, including modelling and decorative pieces.
• Maintain hygienic standards and cleanliness of kitchen and equipment.
