Job summary

Ceer in Riyadh seeks a senior Parts Operations Manager to lead day-to-day parts operations across branches, ensuring optimal inventory levels, high service levels and alignment with procurement, service and sales.

You will drive continuous improvement in handling, storage and distribution, supervise branch teams, and coordinate with suppliers to guarantee availability and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 Years Minimum in automotive parts operations, with prior experience overseeing multiple locations or branches.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily parts operations and ensure consistent standards across all branches; monitor order fulfilment, backorder status and emergency sourcing to minimize downtime.
• Lead and develop branch parts teams across multiple branches with clear accountability; assist in approving branch operational plans and staffing needs.
• Manage inventory levels across all locations to maximise parts availability; analyze sales trends and seasonal demand to optimise stocking; set min/max stock and reorder points; coordinate inter-branch transfers.
• Liaise with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely procurement and competitive rates; monitor performance and escalate issues as needed; support pricing negotiations.
• Track and report KPIs such as parts fill rate, turnover, backorder rate and branch compliance; prepare reports for senior management with recommendations.
• Ensure operations comply with CEER ERP & RMS procedures; maintain accurate catalogs, pricing and system data; support system updates and rollouts.
• Provide high-standard parts service to internal customers, service bodyshop, sales and external customers; resolve escalated complaints promptly and professionally.
