Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to multiply our partner ecosystem through technical leadership, enablement, and co-innovation. You will nurture partner relationships, drive certified engagements, and co-create scalable reference architectures with hyperscalers and cloud providers.

Your role focuses on ensuring partner-driven growth, leveraging a one-to-many enablement approach, and delivering repeatable assets and blueprints across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology solutions, architecture and/or cloud infrastructure.
• 5+ years of pre-sales experience in software, ideally partner-facing (channel, alliances, SI/GSI or MSSP).
• Ability to teach and enable others; scale knowledge to teams.
• Experience architecting or operating solutions on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Generate approved partner deal registrations with Partner Managers for your territory.
• Run partner-tailored sales playbooks on registered deals and support intake, scoping and partner services.
• Accelerate partner-led opportunities with labs and proofs of concept in collaboration with sales teams.
• Own technical relationships with named champions at each partner; build trusted advisor status.
• Create and maintain a Technical Engagement Plan per focus partner and review quarterly with stakeholders.
