Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to amplify our partner ecosystem. You will drive partner-sourced pipeline, certify partner engineers, and co-create repeatable solutions with system integrators, resellers, MSSPs and cloud providers.

In this senior pre-sales role, you will manage a portfolio of managed partners, execute technical engagement plans, and deliver joint blueprints, demos and reference architectures across AWS, Google Cloud and Azure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting or cloud/infrastructure technologies.
• 5+ years pre-sales experience in the software sector, ideally partner-facing: channel, alliances, SI/GSI or MSSP ecosystems.
• One-to-many mindset: teach ten engineers to run the demo rather than running it ten times yourself.
• Knowledge of security operations or observability and AI/semantic search technologies.
• Experience architecting or operating solutions on AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
• Commercial fluency: read a deal, talk services scope and margin with a partner.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Generate approved partner deal registrations with Partner Managers for your territory.
• Run partner-tailored sales plays on registered deals and support intake and technical scoping.
• Accelerate partner-led opportunities with hands-on labs and proofs of concept.
• Own technical relationships and named champions at each partner in your portfolio.
• Create and maintain a Technical Engagement Plan per focus partner and review quarterly.
• Deliver enablement and certification roadmaps that move partners up a defined technical maturity model.
• Co-architect solution blueprints and reference architectures with partners (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Back partner-built solutions and publish joint win stories and blogs.
